Gavin has 15 years of experience working within the Consumer Goods sector and Founded TalentTheory back in 2020. Having spent time living and breathing our International markets with stints based in Singapore, Dubai and Australia. Gavin primarily works on Senior to Director level appointments but prides himself on building fantastic relationships with Clients who truly utilise him as trusted extension of their team. A passion for all things Sport & Exercise and partial to an odd Ploughmans Lunch Gavin has just welcomed a new Son to the World so is immersed in the new world of parenthood.”
Raquel Hare
Starting her Recruitment career in 2012 Raquel had 10 years of experience prior working within the Manufacturing industry leading huge production teams for companies like Morrisons & Fresh-Pak. Relocating to Malta in 2011 Raquel recruits for a rang of Commercial Sales & Marketing roles whilst partnering with SME’s to help them scale fully cross functional teams. In her spare time, Raquel enjoys to Cook (Food is life in Malta), City breaking across Europe and spending time at the Beach with her two sons.”
